As an accountant I am privileged to see one of the most stressful parts of a persons day and I know, all the hair pulling and head banging is making my business owners far from profitable. Desk De-Stress was created with the busy, working man or woman in mind.

When you are in a stressed mind state you are not receiving adequate blood to the brain, your body thinks your getting ready to run from some horrible fate and this is a very bad place to be sitting at work-in your hind brain. The place where all rash decisions are made and common sense takes vacation. It is essential that we leave there and return to our front brain where happiness and profitability reside. 5 minutes can decompress you and allow you to make better decisions. The tasks in front of you will become simpler and the future will not seem as overwhelming.
